For any potential vendor or service provider considering selling, or supporting, solutions that rely on new and emerging technologies this report provides a checklist of the aspects of solutions that might be regulated in any given market and serves as an input to a full regulatory analysis that must be undertaken before entering a specific market.

This report can be read in association with the Transforma Insights Regulatory Database which includes analysis of regulations using the ‘DNA of Regulations’ framework as defined in this document. The Regulatory Database includes analysis both of specific regulations and of the regulatory environment in specific countries and allows for comparison of regulations across different geographies.
